We are establishing a new standard for CRM in the remodeling industry, bringing a clear, efficient, flexible, and human-centered user experience to a typically non-tech Industry.
I designed the app with a focus on removing redundant procedures and streamlining the workflow. I added features such as sales target tracking for gamification and past contract records to benefit repeating customers. I also ensured that the app's interface was visually appealing and easy to navigate.
